To help us provide the best possible results and ensure a smooth cleaning process, please review the following steps before our team arrives at your home or office:
✅ Before the Appointment
- Clear the Area
- Please remove small furniture, breakable items, toys, and personal belongings from the carpeted areas scheduled for cleaning.
- Larger furniture (sofas, beds, desks, etc.) can remain in place unless you have requested moving services.
- Vacuuming Requirement
- All carpets must be vacuumed before the cleaning appointment.
- If you prefer our team to handle this step, an additional charge of $45 will apply.
- If you do not wish to pay this extra fee, please ensure carpets are pre-vacuumed before we arrive.
- Pets & Children
- Kindly keep pets and children away from the work area during and immediately after cleaning for their safety.
- Access & Utilities
- Ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Please confirm availability of water and electricity, as these are required for our equipment.
🚿 During & After Cleaning
- Carpets may remain damp for 6–12 hours depending on airflow, carpet type, and weather conditions.
- Avoid heavy foot traffic until carpets are completely dry.
- Be cautious when moving from damp carpet to hard floors, as surfaces may become slippery.
- Open windows or use fans to speed up drying.
📝 Additional Notes
- Some stains or odors may not be completely removable due to carpet material, age, or prior damage.
- If you purchased a protection plan (e.g., stain guard), we will apply it after cleaning.
