To ensure you receive the best cleaning service, here are a few important things to prepare before your scheduled cleaning appointment:
Please make sure our cleaners have a way to enter your property (key, lockbox code, door code, or someone present to let them in).
If your home has a security alarm, kindly provide instructions or disarm it before our arrival.
For condos or apartments, please let the front desk or concierge know in advance.
2. Declutter Personal Items
Our cleaners focus on cleaning and sanitizing — not organizing. To maximize your service, please pick up:
a. Clothing, shoes, or toys on the floor.
b. Dishes, food, or utensils left on counters.
c. Personal items, documents, and valuables from surfaces you want cleaned.
This allows us to spend more time on deep cleaning, not moving items around.
Please store away cash, jewelry, important papers, or fragile collectibles.
If there are any items or areas you do not want touched, kindly let us know in advance.4. Special Instructions
If you have specific requests (e.g., oven cleaning, fridge interior, spot stains, or certain rooms), please let us know before the appointment. Lock the room if there is “off-limit” rooms/areas if necessary. If you’d like us to use your personal cleaning supplies or equipment, kindly leave them out with instructions. 5. Pets To ensure the safety and comfort of your pets and our staff, please secure pets in a separate room or crate during cleaning. Let us know if there are special cleaning needs (e.g., pet fur, accidents, or litter box areas). Please ensure that parking is available close to your home/building, or advise us of the best parking spot. If there are parking restrictions, kindly let us know beforehand to avoid delays. 7. Time & Presence You don’t need to be home during the cleaning — but if you are, please allow cleaners space to work efficiently. Make sure we know how long we have access to the property (especially for move-outs or timed building access). 8. Communication Leave your best phone number in case we need to reach you during the service. If anyone in your household has allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products, please inform us before the appointment. If you’re satisfied, we’d love your feedback!
